I’m not sure if there are enough words to describe my wonderful mom, and how grateful my brother and I are as her children. I’m hoping that these pictures will show you a glimpse of all the greatness she instilled upon us growing up. She is one of the most grounded, patient, responsible, laid back, loving women you will ever meet; there are simply not enough adjectives to use. I hope one day I could become even half of what she is as a mother…it’s a big shoe to fill. She is also the anchor of our family, and definitely for my dad. I observe her and learn to be a supportive wife, to keep balance within the family, and look at the brighter side. I feel like each year I’m showing my appreciation through flowers that I send on Mother’s Day, which is a shameful act, but I want her to know that I try to make her proud each and every day. I may have been a difficult daughter to parent through multiple cross-country/world moves, but she has taught me to never give up, to always try, and be the best in every change I experience in life.

Happy Mother’s Day to the greatest mom we have ever known, and all mothers in this world in whatever shape or form.
